Scott Ketchen
Scott brings over twenty-five years of veteran healthcare consulting, staffing, recruiting, and leadership experience. In 1994, he launched the St. Louis, Missouri branch of Maxim Healthcare, which quickly became one of the company’s top producing offices.
In 2000, Scott played a principle role in launching Maxim Healthcare’s Allied Health Staffing division, Maxim Staffing Solutions. The MSS division quickly grew to over $50 million in revenue with Scott as one of its top performers. Scott later served as a member of the senior leadership team for MSS. In 2006, he formed Logix Healthcare Search Partners, LLC, a healthcare executive search firm within Maxim Healthcare. Logix conducted searches for some of the top Health Systems and hospitals in the country, including Johns Hopkins, University of Maryland Medical System, Vanderbilt University, MedStar Health and the FDA, among many others. Scott developed a comprehensive recruitment methodology platform for Logix that is now being deployed throughout Maxim Staffing Solutions and Maxim Healthcare Services; a company that is currently over $1.5 Billion in Sales.
In addition to starting four unique divisions within Maxim Healthcare, Scott also won numerous awards during his tenure at Maxim Healthcare, including Office of the Year, Leader of the Year, and the coveted “Winners Circle” award 15 out of 16 eligible years.
In 2012, Scott founded RoundTable Strategic Solutions. RoundTable is a nationally recognized Healthcare IT Management Consulting, Advisory and Staff Augmentation firm working with some of the top health systems in the country. He resides in Towson, MD with his wife and 3 teenage boys.

Dave Bontempo
Dave is an innovative business executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in Healthcare and information technology staffing and consulting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding expected results at local, regional and national levels. He achieves corporate results through motivating others to achieve their personal, professional and organizationally aligned goals.
In 1995 Dave was a Regional Manager of Maxim Healthcare, one of the nation’s largest privately held healthcare staffing companies in the nation, responsible for new territory development, identifying growth opportunities and managing the performance of 10 branch medical staffing offices with over $30 million in annual revenue.
In 2000, Dave was a managing partner of Quotient Inc, a information technology systems integrator providing primarily customized technology solutions and staffing. He has extensive experience in recruiting, staffing and IT support for the health and sciences sector. He developed sales and recruiting teams supporting the private and public sectors including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Library of Medicine (NLM), the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), and the NIH Clinical Center. He worked diligently to maintain a 95% contract renewal rate on recurring revenue for Quotient, and increased sales 25% each year that resulted in a $65M+ backlog.
After divesting his interest in Quotient Inc, Dave invested in RoundTable Strategic Solutions and became a managing partner.
Dave resides in Annapolis, MD with his wife and 3 daughters.
Steve Walsh
Steve has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, leading multi-site, cross functional teams – nationwide. Many of those years were with a large healthcare provider where he was an integral part of the revenue growth from $60M to over $1.6B during his tenure. Steve is a proven leader with building and retaining high performance teams as well as creating strategic alliances with organization leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives.
Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He resides in Carroll County, MD with his wife and four children, three of which are in college and one in high school.

Alysha Connelly
Alysha Connelly brings nearly a decade of staffing, sales, and marketing experience to this position, along with an expansive knowledge of the healthcare IT industry. She has spent many years supporting Healthcare clients from physician offices, hospitals and third-party billing companies on a broad spectrum of IT roles — everything from entry-level helpdesk all the way up to Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, Developers, Data Analysts, CTO and CIOs.
Alysha is smart, determined and so devoted to her work and has an excellent record in client development and leadership of sales and recruiting teams. She will concentrate on business development within the IT and Revenue Cycle spectrum for health systems, hospitals, surgery centers, and physician practices to provide strategies and solutions with a data driven approach.
She joined RoundTable Strategic Solutions in 2020 with a mission to foster solid relationships with customers, direct sales and marketing efforts, research emerging trends, and develop and manage strategic partnerships for RoundTable. She resides in Nashville, TN, working from our Nashville location.

Steve Dwyer
Steve Dwyer has more than 20 years of experience in business growth, including an entire decade devoted to just Healthcare IT. He has a proven track record of success in driving high-volume, strategic, C-level sales in the highly competitive Healthcare IT market as well as a strong background in B2B/B2C consultative sales.
Steve serves as our National Director overseeing sales and marketing efforts for multiple regions and managing client relations across RoundTable’s healthcare clients. His extensive experience is a considerable asset and he will help lead our business development and sales teams to new heights.
He joined RoundTable Strategic Solutions in 2020 to focus on defining, developing and executing targeted strategies to capture new business, develop existing accounts, expand/diversify revenue channels, and maximize market leveraging. He resides in Nashville, TN and works from our Nashville location.

Lauren Rosenthal
Lauren Rosenthal is a motivated Recruitment and Leadership professional, having specialized solely in the Healthcare arena for over a decade. Lauren is driven towards understanding and addressing the multi-faceted and ever-changing challenges facing healthcare delivery systems, with strengths in open and value-driven communication. Leveraging her in-depth knowledge of healthcare clinical, revenue cycle, and support operations and application tools, she identifies consulting and direct hire resources who are prepared to positively impact clients’ operations and clinical outcomes.
Bringing with her the recruitment tools that built her success in healthcare staff augmentation in the Baltimore, MD area, Lauren spent several years transforming the internal recruitment process for a Regional IDN. Her focus in this role was learning firsthand the complex operational workflows which drive a healthcare delivery system and engaging hospital and health system stakeholders in the recruitment process. Lauren had a positive impact on key hiring metrics and supported the health system’s implementation of a new Health Information System across acute and ambulatory settings.
Lauren is in her fourth year with RoundTable Strategic Solutions, continuing to drive the recruitment process for exceptional Healthcare IT talent, managing the RTSS Delivery team, and internal Operations. She resides in Baltimore, MD with her husband and 3 young children.

Rachael Battin
Rachael Battin is a seasoned recruiter and contract manager, sharing more than 21 years of leadership experience in the healthcare, risk adjustment and staffing services industries. In her role as Consulting Practice Recruiter, Rachael will be responsible for recruiting, screening and credentialing candidates, maintaining and fostering relationships with consultants, and overseeing organizational development and change management strategies.
Prior to joining RoundTable, Rachael was the Director of Client Services for ProForce Personnel Group, Inc., where she oversaw the direction of the organization and strategic development. Rachael served as the Vice President of Clinical, Quality and Compliance for Peak Risk Adjustment Solutions, Inc, (Peak). While there, she implemented policies and procedures to drive efficiency and quality for client deliverables.
Additionally, she served more than 17 years with Maxim Healthcare Services, during which she provided leadership, supervision, and direction in positions including Sr. Director of Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO), Director of Business Operations Manager/Clinical Liaison, National Director of Operations, and Regional Accounts Manager. Rachael received her certificate in Healthcare Compliance, courtesy of the Health Care Compliance Association.
Rachael holds a Master of Arts in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. She is an active equestrian and enjoys spending time with her family, horses and dog.

Casey Hafford
Casey Hafford is a driven, young professional approaching seven years in the healthcare IT industry with a focus in delivery and recruitment. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Communications and Business Administration, she joined RoundTable Strategic Solutions as a Healthcare Applications Sourcing Coordinator. From exposure to delivery meetings and training around best-practice recruitment strategies, Casey was able to move into a Lead Recruitment role before transitioning to the Manager of Delivery and Recruitment and now Director of Strategic Accounts. Casey has assisted in developing project teams in the support of Electronic Medical Record, Clinical, Financial, ERP/CRM and Third-Party Application implementation and optimization efforts for University of Maryland Medical System, MedStar Health, Virginia Commonwealth University Health System, Beebe Medical Center and many more.
Casey is able to bring value to client support by maintaining extensive knowledge of the Healthcare IT landscape, vendor trends, government regulations (MACRA), and challenges facing healthcare systems that impact patient access, contact centers, revenue cycle and clinical outcomes. Along with her recruitment efforts, Casey has a passion for connecting with healthcare executives who are experiencing system-based issues and collaborating to identify a well-measured path to resolution.
Eager to continue her professional growth, Casey continues to lead and support RoundTable’s recruitment and delivery efforts while also beginning her pursuit of her Masters’ in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and Business Analytics.

Katie Boynton
Katie Boynton serves as an Executive Recruiter in charge of recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and job postings; and expanding the candidate database. She came to RoundTable with broad-based experience in recruitment, screening, marketing, onboarding and negotiating for other successful consulting firms. As a recruitment specialist, she will be in charge of spearheading recruiting across multiple talent platforms as well as running a full perm desk.
Her talent for recruiting and screening candidates is really top-notch. In line with RoundTable’s growth plans, Katie will be instrumental in increasing the company’s visibility to current and potential clients and candidates and delivering exceptional client experiences. She joined RoundTable in 2020 and be responsible for the expansion of the candidate database to support our client’s staffing objectives and strategic mission as well as full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, and onboarding.
Katie graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She resides in Nashville, TN and works from our Nashville location.

Jack Kowalik
Jack is a 12-year healthcare recruitment leader that has worked in both direct hire/permanent placement and consultant staffing arenas. He specializes in Information Technology, Executive Leadership, Pharmacy, and Nursing recruitment. Jack brings a strong work ethic in locating dynamic healthcare professionals with leading healthcare organizations. He focuses on finding a “marriage” between client and candidate, ensuring that the proper “fit” is consistently being reached throughout the hiring process.
Jack is very passionate and dedicated to both his clients and healthcare professionals, serving as a valued partner and liaison. He believes in developing a strong connection with both parties, working very closely as an educator, coach and hands-on resource which allows for enhanced communication and a more streamlined process.
Prior to joining RTSS, Jack was the National Director for Logix Healthcare Search Partners, a search/permanent placement division of Maxim Healthcare and Maxim Staffing Solutions, Inc. This firm focused on Healthcare Leadership, Specialty and IT Pharmacy, and Nursing search and placement within hospitals, health systems, schools of pharmacy, schools of nursing, PBMs, compounding pharmacies and managed care organizations. Some of these partnerships included: UCLA, Kaiser Permanente, Centene Corporation, Husson University, MedStar Health, Vanderbilt, the University of Maryland Medical System, Mayo Clinic, BCBSNC, Carefirst and the University of Virginia Health System. Jack led a large team of Senior Recruiters, recruiters, and Sourcing Coordinators. Jack also served in a production role, falling in the top 1% of sales, companywide, on an annual basis.
At Roundtable, Jack currently oversees the direct hire/permanent search and placement division, focusing on Healthcare IT; Application Analysts, Developers, Architects and IT Leadership (CIO, Directors, and Managers). Jack graduated from Western Maryland College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. He resides in Baltimore, MD with his wife and 3 young children.

Stacia Bontempo
Stacia Bontempo has built a career in advertising and marketing since her very first position in non-profit marketing. A graduate of Gettysburg College, she’s moved from non-profit association marketing to a marketing agency serving multiple accounts to web-based marketing and now to the health care arena. She has amassed 30 years of experience in the marketing industry.
In addition to strategic business development efforts, she directs media relations, branding, advertising and website development. She manages and oversees charitable contributions to RoundTable Relief, marketing training and more.
Stacia is an avid tennis player and is very involved with USTA tennis in Anne Arundel County where she serves on the board of the Anne Arundel County Tennis Association (AACTA). She resides in Annapolis, MD with her husband and 3 daughters.

Pattie Janishefski
As the team’s Payroll and Billing Specialist, Pattie oversees all billing and collections, manages financial records, and handles vendor relationships. Pattie is also responsible for Human Resource activities including new employee file completion, payroll for employees and consultants, and travel arrangements in a timely and efficient manner.
Prior to joining RoundTable, Pattie ran her own business and was a Production Manager for Loktite/Dymalon.
She resides in Towson, Maryland with her husband, son, and daughter.
