A team of Epic Revenue Cycle subject matter experts kicked off a 6-month engagement earlier this month with a laser-focus on optimization opportunities that will increase the efficiency of staff and financial performance. Over the course of the engagement, the RoundTable project team will:

  1. Assist organizational leadership with Epic ServiceNOW ticket prioritization and resolution
  2. Evaluate current state Epic system set-up and recommend optimization initiatives
  3. Implement Epic workque structure re-design and system build modifications
  4. Provide additional training to staff to ensure best practice use of Epic’s PB Suite
