Rachael Battin joins the RoundTable team as a Consulting Practice Recruiter.  In her role, she will be responsible for recruiting, screening and credentialing candidates, maintaining and fostering relationships with consultants, and overseeing organizational development and change management strategies.

Prior to joining RoundTable, Rachael was the Director of Client Services for ProForce Personnel Group, Inc., where she oversaw the direction of the organization and strategic development.  Rachael served as the Vice President of Clinical, Quality and Compliance for Peak Risk Adjustment Solutions, Inc, (Peak). While there, she implemented policies and procedures to drive efficiency and quality for client deliverables.

Additionally, she served more than 17 years with Maxim Healthcare Services, during which she provided leadership, supervision, and direction in positions including Sr. Director of Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO), Director of Business Operations Manager/Clinical Liaison, National Director of Operations, and Regional Accounts Manager. Rachael received her certificate in Healthcare Compliance, courtesy of the Health Care Compliance Association.

Rachael holds a Master of Arts in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
