Consultant Shout Out – Peggy Perkins-Fricks, Cerner Revenue Cycle Training Coordinator

RoundTable celebrates Peggy Perkins-Fricks, Cerner Revenue Cycle Training Coordinator, as our newest Consultant Shout-Out!

Peggy draws from 20 years of Training/Adult Learning experience, combining it with her broad knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations, Cerner Patient Accounting-specific functionality and her hands-on leadership skills.  Most recently, Peggy has designed and executed the Training Plan for our client’s impending Cerner Patient Accounting implementation – uniting clinical and financial data within a single Cerner platform.  Executing and effectively training for any Revenue Cycle Management application transition is a daunting project. In just shy of two years working with RoundTable, Peggy has been presented with four requests for extension.  Her current client describes her as a “strong asset to our team,” which affirms not only the successful execution of her professional duties, but also her collaborative, team-centric approach to those duties.

Peggy, in addition to your positive impact on the clients with whom you’re engaged, you are an all-around asset to the RoundTable team, and we are grateful to work with you!
