Overview

In a consistently growing and prominent industry, healthcare businesses require marketing outreach that stands out among the clutter. RoundTable is seeking an intern interested in learning about healthcare IT marketing.  The intern hired for this position will enjoy a fun and passionate team and work in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry research
• Compile outreach lists
• Enter contact information into contact management system (SalesForce and Excel)
• Draft email campaign content
• Perform analysis of marketing data
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials (i.e. slick sheets, flyers, online promotions, etc.)
• Assist with website redevelopment and maintenance
• Provide support to social media efforts – monitor and post on social networks
• Assist with speaking engagement preparations
• Assist with public relations initiatives including writing press releases

Job Requirements

• Students applying must have good research skills, strong communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Must have a solid understanding of social media
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
• Creative, forward thinker
• Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Healthcare Marketing majors
