RoundTable Selected to Support Epic Willow InPatient Upgrade and Optimization Initiatives for Two East Coast Regional Hospitals

RoundTable has been selected to engage Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst Consultants with two East Coast Regional Hospitals to provide support for upgrade and optimization initiatives while enhancing the organizations’ Willow Inpatient application support and maintenance efforts.  Utilizing clinical pharmacy operations backgrounds and relevant subject matter expertise, RoundTable’s Willow InPatient Analyst Consultants will guide and execute related Willow InPatient application build, testing, validation and support, applying Best Practices in pharmacy and meds process features, functionality and related impacts.

Both contracts mark continued partnership with RoundTable to engage Epic Certified Analyst Consultant resources to strengthen the clients’ Epic Clinical Applications teams.

“The Pharmacy IS team shoulders a heavy burden,” reminds Lauren Rosenthal, Director of Delivery and Operations.  “Whether a hospital is large or small, the number of available medications is usually comparable.  Routine support and maintenance is a substantial load even within a stable applications environment.  Coupled with upgrade and optimization tasks, work efforts can quickly exceed the bandwidth of the applications team.  RoundTable is happy to provide, through our seasoned Consultants, Epic Willow InPatient application expertise attuned to our clients’ specific challenges.”
