Phil Witt is a true asset to the RoundTable Senior Revenue Cycle team.  As a Project Management Interim leader, Phil shares his 20 years of healthcare knowledge focusing on Revenue Cycle Operations, Revenue Integrity and CBO/SBO implementations by spearheading projects that yield successful outcomes.

Phil’s experience with Project Management combined with Revenue Cycle Analysis, EMR/Software applications, and SBO expertise offer our clients an excellent resource for implementing operational improvements, SBO design and implementation.

He succeeds in guiding cross functional teams in the execution of multiple projects and provides operational PMO oversight to lead and drive all internal operational work streams. Phil’s technical proficiencies allow him to serve as the expert to stakeholders when implementing changes and operational improvements.

Community IDN Relies on RoundTable’s Epic Instructional Design Consulting

When a community IDN client faced an Epic Instructional Design / Principal Trainer vacancies due to internal re-organization, client leaders immediately engaged with RoundTable’s Epic Consulting team to identify interim Epic OpTime / Anesthesia and Radiant / Cupid Instructional Design / Principal Trainer Consultant to ensure critical knowledge transfer and educational continuity while an additional FTE resource is identified and on-boarded.  The Epic OpTime / Anesthesia and Radiant / Cupid Instructional Design / Principal Trainer Consultants will ensure that understanding and utilization of unique, specialty modules will go on uninterrupted, while simultaneously identifying opportunities to fine-tune instructional design material and the Master Training Environment to mirror clinical workflows and updates.

Angela is a dynamic producer in clinical technology implementations with demonstrated Project Management expertise in medical device integration, alarm management and workflow development.

In May of 2018, RoundTable was engaged by a large Mid-Atlantic IDN to provide Interim Leadership for a Cerner Clinical Applications Manager on FMLA over a period of six months. With a clinical background of 27 years as a Registered Nurse and over 10 years in healthcare IT leadership, Angela was able to dive into a role that required oversight of multiple enterprise-wide implementation and optimization initiatives.

Leading Pacific Northwest Healthcare System Partners with RoundTable to Serve as Interim Director of Revenue Cycle Operations

A leading healthcare system, serving both urban and rural communities throughout the Pacific Northwest, has engaged RoundTable Strategic Solutions to serve as the Interim Director of Revenue Cycle Operations.  As the Interim Director, our senior Revenue Cycle consultant is working in collaboration with the System VP of Revenue Cycle to oversee the Revenue Integrity and CDM department and team. Together, with the staff and other operational leadership, she will mitigate risk to revenue and financial performance.

She is responsible for assisting with building and enhancing the Revenue Integrity team by providing on-going maintenance and analysis of the existing CDM; optimizing workflows, developing policies and procedures, and staffing requirements; evaluating CDM mappings; and strengthening stability in a denials management program.
