Etosha leverages her deep Revenue Cycle operations experience in both the hospital and ambulatory settings, her IT expertise, and strong leadership skills to support clients in developing and enhancing Revenue Integrity programs and teams throughout the country. She has an incredible ability to understand all aspects of the Revenue Cycle from such a strategic perspective that allows her to lead high performing teams and develop robust programs.

Expectations for Etosha always seem to be high due to her strong background and experience, but she somehow always seizes to exceed them. Clients, colleagues and friends know her to be progressive, intellectual, a great leader and more importantly, fair and kind.

Leading Integrated Delivery System in MidWest Engages RoundTable to Serve as Interim System Vice President, Revenue Cycle

One of the nation’s leading Integrated Delivery Systems has engaged RoundTable Strategic Solutions to serve as the Interim System Vice President of Revenue Cycle and will provide leadership for all activities related to the management of the physician/professional revenue cycle.

Our Executive Revenue Cycle Consultant will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of operational and financial decisions and performance of the Revenue Cycle for the Physician and Ambulatory Services Organization across all six regions of the health system.

Consultant Shout Out – Diane McEntire, Revenue Cycle Interim Executive and Operational Strategist

Diane is an absolute rock star in her ability to oversee and produce results in the areas of patient access, charge capture, coding, compliance, revenue cycle management and medical billing for large group practices and academic medical centers.  Her drive and expertise continue to yield revenue maximization through process improvement while motivating teams, especially in times of organizational change.

She is a great leader and has a knack for jumping right into a project and establishing herself in the culture.  Her ability to lead and mentor full time employees and develop processes and standardizations, have assisted in improving overall performances for the organizations in which she works.
